Rise and shine, pickers! The day starts early at 6am and a bus is available to transport you to the hill block, departing at 5:30am.

The length of the day can vary between 8 to 10 hours, and is subject to fruit availability and weather conditions, as this is seasonal work.

At Panmure Orchards, your hard work and dedication are rewarded with performance-based remuneration for harvest tasks. The bonuses are based on quality and quantity and will be accrued over the season, paid out upon completion. This recognition goes above and beyond minimum performance standards and aligns with the minimum hourly rate.

Please be sure to bring plenty of food, water, and suitable clothing for your day on the orchard.

Breaks and lunch will be taken on-site, and toilets are readily available.

December - January

Get ready to start your day at 8.30am and tackle the task of processing all cherries picked that day.
