The thinning process starts bright and early at 7am depending on weather and crop conditions.

At Panmure Orchards, we offer performance-based remuneration for thinning.

Your hard work and dedication will be rewarded through quality and quantity bonuses, paid at the end of the season.

Make sure to pack plenty of food, water, and appropriate clothing for your day on the orchard.

Breaks and lunch will be taken on-site, and toilets are readily available.
